A few questions:
How often do you usually feed her, and what type/size of food does she eat?
Is she due to shed? Some don't like eating when they're in blue.
Does she have any health problems?
What's the tempoerature at the hot end of her tank? Sometimes overheating can cause stress and food refusal.
Has anything changed since you last fed her? New tank, new substrate, different type of food, moved house etc. Sometimes they don't like change, and can register their disapproval by going on a hunger strike.
Could she have been in contact with a male? If so, she might be about to lay eggs.
Are you sure she's female? Might be a daft question, but even the most experienced of us have fallen foul of that one on occasion!
I don't think you have any immediate cause for concern. Ten days isn't at all long for a healthy adult Corn to go without food. I usually feed mine once a fortnight.
