I need some ideas about how to divide my viv

Try looking on your local Craigslist. People are always selling tanks for cheap. I even have a few times. Just make sure you clean and sterilize them first. I got a 20L with a lid for 15 bucks once.

That's a good idea, thanks! :)

I'll be silent!!

I'm having trouble biting my tongue here, too... I guess ulithefrog hasn't heard that one big problem of cohabbing juvies is that the females can get prematurely gravid, and the "separate before breeding age" idea is just begging for your so-not-"breeding age"-yet female to prove you wrong, get preggers, and wind up eggbound...

Oh, so much for biting my tongue... Always been bad at that... Oh well. Lol.

Glad to hear you were able to get a second enclosure, Tiaret. I love great sales like that! And if you ever find yourself in a position like this again, Sierra was spot on with the Craigslist suggestion. You can find GREAT deals on enclosures. The 100 gallon tank I have my Russian tortoises in right now was a whopping $25! Granted, it was a 6 hour round trip to go pick it up, but still--totally worth it.

Allalaskan, I've had that happen before, too... There was a 75 gallon tank on Freecycle once, a free 100 gallon on KSL (utah's version of CL), and another free 75 gallon... I think on KSL, and every single one I called just a few minutes too late. :p So even free big and/or escape proof tanks happen. You just have to be REALLY lucky to get them in time! lol.

I have finally separated my snakes.

My second uth and thermostat finally arrived today! I have finished setting up the second viv and Carmine is setteling in. I am pleased with how everything turned out (even though I have spent WAYYYYYY more money than I thought I would). Here are the promised pics. :)
