So the rescue amel that I have, or Cousin It since I have no clue what gender he/she is (suspecting male though on the smaller side for 3 years old)..

He will eat Monday morning, and be out cruising again Tuesday afternoon...

He does nothing but roam the cage, now he was a little underweight when I got him and stuck in a 10 gallon tank so maybe he's just enjoying himself?

First 2-3 weeks he was completely hiding, and now he can't have enough of this and when I approach he comes out, he doesn't go into hiding..

He is awesome but yeah he sure is a little piglet.. <3

Have fun with that. My new little half-dwarf burm is an absolute hog too. He tagged me the other day when I reached into his cage: total feeding strike, three days after eating a good sized rat. Same thing as yours, he will rush straight to the front of the cage when I approach. Yep, little pigs!

hahaha mine don't strike, he just always roam around and I approach or open the cage he comes out instantly and is hoping... It is cute though <3 but burms are much more snake than corns are with more temperament as well. there's ar eason I stick to corns.. (I am a chicken) lol

i have two pigs one a corn girl, and one ball python boy. It is fun to watch them since they are not on neither feed on the same day. the BP is on a 6 day routine, he is still a baby just 7 mos. and the corn is a yearling on hoppers every 7 days. So when feeding day for one or the other rolls around, the one not getting food comes out and looks so dejected, like how about me.
