I Want More Snakes
Hi all.
I have an Amel Cornsnake, It is about 7/8 months old and ive had it for about a month now. its in a 18 x 18 x 18 Viv (So Quite Big) And I want to get another one around the same size ? The one I have been looking at is called a Christmas CornSnake? ?
Is it a good idea to put 2 in together or should I just stick with the one?

If you could help me id be very grateful :D

So a search here in cohabbing. You will get all of the responses you will ever need.

To make things short though, you do not want to keep snakes together if you can help it. It is stressful for them, can lead to premature breeding (thus killing a female), and if one gets sick, so can the other. Snakes are naturally solitary animals.

The list can go on and on.

Ok then thank you for you help. I might move off from the idea of getting another Corn then. (Unless I Get Another Tank) hehe. Which I probably wont be allowed anyways.

Not only is cohabbing a no-no, but every new reptile that is brought into your home should be quarantined for a minimum of 90 days AWAY from established animals (preferably in a completely different room). Their are quite a few bugs out their that can wipe out every single reptile you have if you do not follow proper quarantine procedures.
