A friend of mine found this snake in her yard, sort of looks like a corn snake but not. Head and eyes look strange to me. Friend lives in Pensacola, FL. Anyone?
Generally they are really bitey little things, too! That one pictured is the first one I ever saw, and it must have bitten me 50 times before I got it in the house ans started trying to ID it. He was released, of course!!
Wow, thanks so much!! I would have NEVER guessed that! I did some searching and was actually thinking it looked like a Mole Kingsnake. I forgot how different babies can look from the adults, duh!
