Welcome to Cornsnakes.com I just want to say as a fellow MBK owner. I have 3 myself along with a Cal King and a Floridan King.
1. Do not not worry about it. Its only been a week and that is really nothing to a snake. Heck, her last meal was big and she just isn't hungry. I would wait until next week or every 5 days to give her a try with feeding. The more you try to feed the more stressed out your snake gets. So relax and wait. Your snake will eventually eat for you.
2. Check your temps and everything during this time. I would not hold him during this period as well. Let him sit still for these 5 days you are letting her wait.
3. Keep her well hydrated. So make sure you snake has plenty of water at all times.
4. Again, do not panic, snakes can live with out food for 3 months. Heck, we just had a 06 ball python go back on feeding after 61 days of refusal. I have my gophers do the same. But I have yet to see any of my kings go more than 30 days of not eating. So I would not worry.
