EDIT: Shipping to your door will be $45. Hold for pick-up might be cheaper but I would need a full address to find your closest place.
 
Oh gosh, I just never go out of Tx :/ I may have to do so in this case :D I'll let you know if I can get something worked out with traveling to get him ;)
 
Hmm, that's weird. Not much cheaper, $42 hold for pick up, might as well get it to your door in my opinion. :D
 
Oh wait, $38 dollars. I had a wrong option checked.

Still not much cheaper, I am guessing you live close to the hub so it's no big difference. You are less than 5 miles from the hold place.
