Could someone answer me this questions, I've seen loads of peoples snakes here and when there in shed their eyes go blue but my Amel's eyes don't go blue they go a pale pink instead.

The last time my Amel shed she shed perfect but I don't know if its because she's a Amel she gets pink eyes in shed and not blue. :uhoh:

my friend has a snow (with pink eyes) and it's eyes didn't turn "blue" but they did have an obvious cloudiness to them before shed. i don't know if this is the norm for pink-eyed corns or if we just missed the blue phase.

Because your snake is amel, like my snow you wont notice a blueish color.. you may just notice a dulling. when i first got mine I didnt even notice him go "blue"

So yeah thats normal... just raise your humidity level and wait for the shed.

My guys get a cloudy look to their eyes when they are in blue. Wish I had a photo to show you. But its a pinky look as well :shrugs:

I agree. I think it's an amel thing. My snow, Atreyu, goes pink as well before shed. While I was new to this, his first few sheds were surprises. Now I know to look for his eyes turning a cloudy pink instead of a cloudy blue. Still a beautiful color. :dancer:
