So every time I go to take Tyras out of his feeding bin I've noticed that he poops! I just wanted to know if anyone else experiences this or if he's just like "Ohp, gotta make room for this." Lol
how often are you feeding?? Sometimes its just the act of moving that can stimulate that. Better After they eat then before they eat their prey. Thats gross. lol
Well, since he's still a little guy at about 4 months I am feeding once every 5-7 days. He could be doing it either before or after. I give him the item, then I cover his tub and leave him be for about 20 ish minutes.
I noticed today that he wont start to move the prey item unless he has leverage against the wall and half of himself under the paper towel. This is all new to me so its just inquiries.
I have a _few_ adults that poop in their feeding bins, always the same ones, but it's pretty rare for a hatchling. I can't think of the last time that happened!
