I honestly don't think so. Try to find one that has more surface area; that looks like it's for fish or a climbing animal, and corns are ground dwellers for the most part.
The floor dimensions of approx 40"x15" are pretty much standard for an adult Corn's requirements. The fact that it's taller than you'd expect, is irrelevant - the height doesn't have to be in proportion to the floor area, as long as the floor area is sufficient (which it is in that example). Extra height just gives the opportunity for climbing branches etc., which is fine.It looks like it'd work, but there's more height than flooring.
