I got this little guy from a friend of mine he rescued him from a PetCo :( Any way Iv been feeding him F/Tpinkies once every five days for a while but recently switched to feeding him twice a week hoping it would help him gain weight Any other advice

My corn is about 18months now and she usually sheds every 8 - 9 weeks if that is anyrthing to go by, but they are all different x

I panicked when my corn took 8 weeks to shed, but I think in all honestly from the advise I was given, your snake will shed when it's ready. I definitely worried over nothing. Over-feeding(Powerfeeding) is the worst you can do for your corn, it's super tough on their digestive tract to be constantly digesting meals and also tough for their organs to grow so fast. Stay on your 5 day feeding cycle for now and give your snake a moist hide - A container with sphagnum moss or moist paper towel that your snake can crawl into to help with the shed.

Don't worry if it takes longer than expected. Make sure you write down when it goes into blue and expect it to shed over the next 10-14days. Write down and keep records of when it goes into blue, sheds, eats, etc. and you'll start to figure out when to expect sheds to happen. Cheers
