I have an Anery (pretty sure its a type A) There's a picture of him as my avatar :) What a cutie!

Anyway, every picture of an Anery adult that I have seen are totally black and grey, with some yellow around the neck sometimes. As you can see in the picture of Ziggy, he has alot of brown.

As corns shed their skin, do their colors change as well? Do you think he is going to get darker, or stay pretty much the same color?

Your snake's coloring will continue to change throughout most of it's early life. Anery's with shades of brown are not uncommon.

Check out my Fritz...over a year ago, he was much darker -- grey & black...and now, he's faded out considerably, but he's still as devilishly handsome. ;) I think that that's been one of the most fascinating parts of watching my snakes evolve -- seeing how their colors change with each shed. (Kind of like, I was a blonde as a child...and now, brunette...and eventually, if I continue to work with children, grey!) I don't know which way your snake's coloring will go...but just sit back & enjoy. :)
