Just bought a Herpstat PRO!

Hey all,

As a poor college student, I finally decided to purchase a Herpstat PRO and never have to worry about temps ever again! The reptitemps were becoming a little nervewracking and I don't think I can trust them when I'm gone for a week so I decided to pony up the 323.99 for the herpstat pro from coldbloodedcages and get the free shipping. While pricey, It's great to know that I have a great stat that will last me years (and hopefully my tax refund will cover it haha). Anyways, just thought I would throw this out there haha

Picked one up a couple years ago, was a great investment. With four hook-ups I heat my adult rack, yearling rack, hatchling rack and incubator all with one unit.

That's cool. The thing that keeps me from getting either that or the Herpstat II is that I like being able to hang it up on the side of the rack, because I store all the feeding bins on top. And it you have four devices with grounded plugs, can you fit four adaptors on the back of it?? Anyway- that's awesome! Did you get the new blue LED, or the traditional green? I have some of both.

I picked up the blue LCD and I'm not sure about the adaptor yet but I'll let you know when I get it. I think it was a wise investment, that I do.

The adaptors will fit but you'd need to clip the little tab on the top for them to fit flush. Is that what you were referring to?

Yes Danny, thanks! My racks all have grounded plugs. Well, the AP racks do.
