just brought home a yearling Okeetee...

They look to be roughly the same size, but yours might be a tad thicker. I think what I gave him last night would be considered a hopper, possibly a smaller hopper. Do you feed yours more than one mouse/hopper per feeding? Or is one plenty? I just took a look at him (between the newspapers), and he doesn't look as thin now that he has eaten. I won't try to handle him until later tonight or tomorrow, since he has just eaten.

He eat 1 small mouse every 5 days, but he has refused the last 2 i gave him. He has plenty of fat reserves though.

If i were you i would feed eather 2 fuzzie or 1 small mouse every 5 days. Give it a couple of weeks then try a small mouse, as he will romp on then and his growth rate will improve as he gets onto bigger mice.

confused?

i have an albino snow het blizzard corn who is like almost 30 inches, last wednesday fed it 2 pinkies! its now tuesday and i thought of feeding hin wednesday again, but yall said small fuzzies! should i not go with pinkies? he/or she is pretty thick and long!

I would seriously start feeding fuzzies, to a 30" long snake, and would up tet to a small mouse by about may next year.

My chocky (the amel in the pic) was 26 inches at last shed and is eating a small mouse every 5-6 days, and growing strong.
