My local petstore only has one size of pinkie, small. Since both Kiki and Bruno eat right off the bat with barely any visable bulge, I decided to try and give them both a small fuzzy each. 10 minutes later I check up on them and sure enough, they've both eaten them. Yay!

After 1 pinky became "too little" to feed my guy, I went to 2 pinkies at a time, just to make the transition to a fuzzy a bit easier. Maizie has been on 2 pinkies for 3 feedings now, no problem (digestion takes between 2-3 days now...), and will probably do 2 pinkies for probably another 3 or 4 feedings...and then we'll see about a fuzzy. How fast they grow up! :p

I remember the first time I moved my snow up to fuzzies...
I was extremely concerned that it might be too big... (he was my very first snake)... I followed the same procedure that Cegninedorf is currently using... and sure enough, before I knew it, it was down the hatch... :crazy02:

The very first feeding took longer than usual, but he was right back on track after that...

It's funny cause, I just got some hatchlings about a week ago and I forgot how small little pinkies were... lol :grin01:
