Hey all! Just an update on my new girl since I haven't been on that much. She's settled in pretty well so far and I've been able to handle her numerous times- all happy experiences. She also ate her first two mice here with me. She has an awesome strike reaction, which I'm really happy for. (That's one less pain I have to deal with... 
)
The only problem I've had so far is with the room temperature of the animal room where she's kept at school. There is no cooling system in the room, and it gets to be about 84*F at around midday. I don't suppose there'd be any way to cool it any without installing a cooling system or maybe putting a fan in the room? (Which I doubt would help, anyways.) Maybe I'll just have to wait for cooler days for it to cool down in there. :awcrap: She hasn't been spending an exessive amount of time in her waterbowl or around it though, so I'm not terribly concerned about it.
I'll try to post some pics later, and I have a REALLY poor quality video of her eating if anyone wants to see that.
