The Rule Of Thirds.
I would have continued with the "better" theme, but I thought this guy was impressive from day one. Considering that I got him just over 7 months ago, Earl has become monstrous, and as such, I'm considering him as a sire (with my '04 lavender, Mrs. Parker) for next season already, even though he's an '05. And once she's big enough, he'll definitely be paired with Louise, my hatchling Opal girl.
This is my "ideal" for an Opal. That pink pearlescent sheen throughout, with the saddles barely noticable, almost as if the diffusion gene is at play here. Produced by Frank Pinello, he was a holdback of his that I completely swiped from under Bobo's Mama's nose.
When it comes to the lavender gene, I show no mercy. I take no prisoners. :grin01:
Thanks for looking!
regards,
jazz
