I should think that if your electricity still works, so the heating pads still work, they will be ok for a few days. I know the corn will for sure.
 
Had to get out my fahrenheit to celsius converter. As others have said already, your snake would be ok in the house with the warm side regulated to around 28 or 29. The ambient temperature in the room I keep my snakes is around 18 all winter long and they do just fine.
