Lavendersicle

So, is that a creamsicle homozygous for lavender then? Has it shed yet? Certainly interesting in its coloration!

Thanks for the pic!

I don't support breeding of creamsicles- or breeding creamsicles with anything else because it is not a pure corn and it is not labeled as a hybrid. (corn x great plain rat) I think.

That is a great lookin snake though!

mattsnake, everyone has their opinion on Creamsicles. Some like em' some don't, that's what makes this hobby fun. Glad you liked it though.

Just so everyone knows, I will NOT sell a corn snake with ANY trace of Creamsicle in it as a Normal Corn. I will label it as it is. I like Creamsicles but, I agree that everyone working with them should be honest when selling them. Even if it "looks" like a "normal" you should still label it as it truly is.

Thanks, Stephen R.

Agreed Stephen!

This is OUR hobby, the more upright and honest we keep it the better off we will all be!

Lavendersicles

Ahhh yes....I was wondering how mine would turn out but now I can see through yours that it is a project worth seeing through. I kept back an entire clutch of 23 snakes that are the product of breeding my lavender to a female creamsicle. It's still a year or so away from coming to fruition but it will be fun when it does. I'm imagining a clutch of corns hatching and out pops creamsicles, lavenders, opals, snows (my lav is also het hypo and anery). Can't wait!
