Well I got my second corn snake and I finally took good quality picture of both snakes. Leo is an Amel. And Bella was sold as a Butter but I have been told she is an Amel too?

Here is two pictures of me trying to introduce them she didn't seem too happy when he was tasting her:

No I could see Bella being a butter, or at least close to it. Wouldnt say caramel, maybe amber? But not amel, a bit too brown/yellow to be an amel. Very interesting pattern though, you will have to post some more pics as she grows :)

That's what I was thinking too rosewood, when someone on another forum told me she was an Amel I was kindof set back. Anyone else have any idea? Also what's the best way to introduce them? They both have their own 20L viv to live in but is it ok to have them be around every once in a while? Or can I just introduce them when they are sexually mature?

You can for sure hold them at the same time and let them say hello. I would never keep them together for prolonged periods of time unsupervised, that opens up a whole other can of worms. Well unless its for breeding purposes.
I have a friend that had a male and female living together reasonable well but it was a pain, they had to be fed at the same time in separate tubs and if she didnt wait long enough often they would attack each other after words because they were still in feeding mode and could smell mice on one another.

Bella is just darling. I'm not the best with morphs, but she looks like a butter. She is far too brown for an amel. It takes a little while for the yellow pigment to blossom. I will get a butter for my breeding project someday.

Thanks for the comment Dreamsnake. I was thinking about getting another girl in the future for breeding but I will try my luck with these two first!

Here is a pic of the 2010 butter I just picked up on april 23rd. Lots of similarities to yours, yours is just darker.
