Just had a gut instinct to check on the eggs this evening before before bed as tomorrow will be 60 days since they were laid and to my wonderful surprise not only was one piping but it was an amel more then what I was expecting :)

wow congrats them eggs look flawless ..mine are on day 40 almost and i have a clutch thats all stuck together with some infertiles in the mix n all kinds of crap lol my first time csring for eggs.next breeding will be very different i researched.till my eyes bled but u cant get experience from a book or website so im hoping to stay over 50% success ...amel x snow
 
Very true I researched of course before I made the decision to breed but the research was no where equivalent, it takes talking to other people who have experience and can tell you how they did it. I didnt so much as have as many questions about the eggs as I did moma.
 
Do you think I went to bed right away? haha I found him at around 11pm I didnt go to sleep until 2 am I was so enthused and now four are pipped and keep teasing me playing peek-a-boo its driving me crazy I just want to see their whole body
 
Go for a walk or go play a video game... That always helps me lol, otherwise i'm constantly checking the incubator and scaring them back inside.
 
yeah that has happened to me a lot and then I get frustrated because I'm one step behind again lmao I almost feel like a donkey being led by a carrot!!!!! They will have all day while I am racing around at work tomorrow to get done and get home to see them the worst part I'm still awaiting for 8 more eggs to pip.

to be honest I am unfamiliar of the hets of the parents I do believe that the males brother was het hypo though I was unsure if he was or not.
