Loose scale

Swirly has a loose scale on the top of her head. She has never had a bad shed. In fact she had a very good shed only two weeks ago. I do not see any mites. In fact she has been doing very well, eating, being handled and the rest of her looks very healthy. The scale looks like she could just scrap it off and does not look painful. Is there anything else I should be looking for?

I notice that this sometimes happens with my snakes. I think sometimes they scrape themselves on a decoration or something. So far it's never bothered them and it always comes off with the next shed.
