Lost Power

Hey Ladies and Gents,

I have a bit of a problem. I live in NH and we got about a foot of snow dumped on us (yes I know its April, live free or die). This kicked power out for over half the state , my condo being no exception. When I left this morning my condo was 66 and the 2 snake vivs were 70ish. My question is...how low/long can they go? I know while in burmation they go down to mid 50s but thats over an extended time. My power will hopefully be on in 2-8 hours.

Thanks.

They ate Tuesday night. So I guess yeah, regurge, wonderful.

I can't imagine the drastic warm/cold/warm can't be good for their stress levels, that's what I was concerned about.

I hear many stories about snakes running away and being found like 2 months later, so yea, i guess they can stay a while without the right temp, but i would try and "Stock" things not too close but not too far away from there vivs just to keep there room the warmest, also move them to a smaller room would do the same job, i guess they will eather bury themself or sleep to hide if it gets "too cold" but i'm sure they can survive over 50f for a few days/weeks : )

I'd wrap towels around the vivs to keep what heat you have, and you could get heat packs at the store to make warm spots for them...Probably your power won't be off that long, though.
