Macklots Python follow-up photos

22 is not enough snakes
Last week I posted a picture of our male Macklot's python but I had to tweak the setup a little bit so I decided to get my female out last night and give it a shot. I had a really hard time getting the photos levels to balance out because of the high contrast between the light and dark halves of her face, but some of the pictures came out alright.

Nice pics and I've also been noticing you have a few, nice, interesting, species....
Thanks for sharing them with me.....

What can I say? I like the wierd stuff (I tell my wife all the time that's why I married her)...lol

There's so much cool stuff out there that doesn't get the following that it deserves. More importantly, there's so much cool stuff out there that I don't have the money and/or room for that I'd like to have! Lately I've been looking at the Solomon Islands tree boa (a relative of the Viper Boa)...very neat little arboreal boa but I wouldn't even begin to know where to look for one!

Thanks for posting more great shots. I like the last few best, I think this animal is more difficult to photograph because of her high gloss & colors. She's beautiful!

PIPER!!!!! Hi, how's it going?! Great to see a post from you. :dancer:

Ok, on topic. Keep the beautiful shots coming! These are great eye candy for snake lovers. I really like the lighting that you're using. :dancer:

Thanks - I'm trying to come up with some other sort of background or lighting setup. Everything I've posted lately has been basically the same thing but with different snakes and I'm getting kind of bored with it...lol
