Male Or Female Without Probing

Hey. I have read somewhere you can tell a male from female by looking at their tail. I was wondering what would the difference be? I tried to take some pics but I'm not that great of a photographer so they turned out rather badly.

Works on older corns (year+) the best. You won't be able to tell with hatchlings.

What is it called ~~~~~:~

I think that probing is using a tool or instrument called a probe. DUH. I don't know what they call it when they pop and look for the little hemipenes on young snakes. My favorite way, put them together when they are old enough and see what happens. Sam ~~~~~~~~:~
