I ditched the kids and went to the Midwest Reptile show at the fairgrounds. I found the booth for DK Reptiles and met the owner, Derrick. Look what he had for me! Sweets is a red, male Western Hognose, about a month old. I bought my first pinkies too! (Thanks Brian for the referral!)

Yay another hoggie addict in the making!! Congrats, you're gonna really enjoy the hoglet!
 
My boys were pretty happy that he was out exporing this morning. The most frequent comment is about how small he is!

It's a good thing you didn't buy him, I'd have had to hunt you down and put a hurt on you! Derrick had two normals two, one het for Albino, but they were about 7 months old. I wanted the littlest one I could find, and Sweets is just over a month old! I want him to stay as little as possible, for as long as possible!

I used to think that about my kids, now I want them to grow up and do more for themselves!

HaHa! I was interested in the milk and corn snakes, but I remember seeing them as I was walking along.I can't believe you think I would do that.LOL
