Mice Hiccups?

Hey all,
So i was watching my two mice today, and I noticed a strange noise coming from the male. It sounded like a hiccup, but in squeaky mouse form. Also, when he made the noise, his torso bounced up like when you hiccup. I was just wondering if this is normal in mice or something I might be concerned about.

Thanks,
--Mike

What sort of bedding are they on, it could be that if it is a clean bed that there might be a lot of dust that is making them sneeze. Some of mine do that when i put fresh straw down for them.

I agree with Claireree.. It's more likely a sneeze. If the problem persists, change the bedding--it could also be the pine causing respiratory problems. If your parents refuse to get new bedding before yours is out, point out that it's causing a health problem... And that, in the long run, new bedding costs less than sick mice.

Thanks all,
Actually, he hasn't been sneezing at all since last night. So i think it's all good.

Thanks,
--Mike
