Normals FTW
So Somoa is my spoiled, beloved dorm room pet. She has a spacious tank, lots of climbing room and she's fed a good sized pinky every 6 days. She has never tried to bite me before, even after feeding (and I give her 2 days to digest), and overall she is known as my "friendly, curious" little snake.
I just moved home, and I tried to make the ride as stress-free as possible for my little half-yearling. She was kept in a small kritter keeper with toilet paper tubes as hides and fake leaves. She spent the entire 12 hour drive doing everything she could to escape. When we got home, she slept for the entire next day. Now, 3 days later, she calmed down, so I decided to feed her a pinky.
She grabbed it and downed it quickly, but now she's rattling her tail and literally lunging out of the feeding container at my hands. She's never done this before...is it stress? I was holding her earlier today and she was very calm and normal, but now she's a pain. :eatsmiley
Any ideas on how to calm her down? I'll give her another few days after she digested to calm down, but nothing in her tank has changed. Thanks!
