Meet Sparkle... :D
for the first time in his life.
I looked for reptile vets in the area as my book written by Don Soderberg advises to take the regurge sample in and have it tested for parasites. However, when I called a local vet the receptionist said she's only ever heard of testing the stool, of which I don't have a sample of course cause Flash didn't digest his mouse. So I'm not sure what to do here? Anybody have any experience with this? Do I just take Flash in to be checked out or what? Or do I just try to feed him again in 2 weeks? Unfortunately I was unable to talk to the vet himself cause he is out of town til Friday. I figure I'll go ahead and call him on Friday, see if I can talk to the doc himself to see what I should do. In the meantime I'd like to hear others' experience with having an adult corn snake who has never regurgitated before just suddenly do so. Thanks for any info and/or suggestions!
