got it 4 weeks ago and is doin great. its already shed once, and it looks to be getting bigger. only question i have is how often do they shed? here are a few bad pics.{cam sux} sorry! also can anyone tell me the exact type by lookin at it? i think albino het blizzard corn...not sure though! opps cant upload, 2 big...does anyone know how to shrink pics? then ill upload them
 
To shrink a photo, fire up the Paint program that comes with Windows. Use that to open the photo, then shrink them by doing the following:

- Go to the IMAGE menu
- Click on STRETCH/SKEW
- In the STRETCH section, enter 50 in both the Horizontal and Vertical boxes
- Click OK

This will make the photo half its original size. You might need to play about with the number until you get it to the size you need. You can then save the smaller photo and upload it here.
 
they shead about once a month depending on how old they are and how much they are being feed- i just got mine and i cant wait for it to but i just have to wait it out :rolleyes:
 
thanks 2 the both of u! i will figure out the pics. in the mornin....as for the sheading, i have had mine 4 a month and he has shed once! but i been feedin him every wednesday{good or not?}, but i think hes good! lemme know!
 
If its a hatchling (or yearling, i think) you can feed them every 5 days. Thats what I do with mine. :)
 
A hatchling and Yearling can be fed every 5 to 7 days. The more that you feed, the faster they will grow. You will want to slow down the feeding a bit after 2 years of age to every 7 to 10 days to keep from getting a fat snake. After 3 years old (breeding age) you can start to slow the feeding down to being ever 10 to 12 days. For the breeding ages, you will want to increase the feedings just after the snake comes out of brumation and just after a female lays eggs.

A good application that is free is called photo resizer and can be downloaded here:http://www.showyourphotos.com/products.html. I use it and it is very easy to use and very user friendly. There was another member here that posted this link and told us to try it out. I did and it works nicely.
 
well that link didnt work! but as i said i feed mine every wednesday and i believe hes doin good! when i bought it the pet store said he was 8 months old! so he'd now be almost 10 months! gimme some advice if i'm doin good or not!
 
Sounds like your feeding schedule is good. I just tried the link again, and it is working great for me.
