Beautiful birds! I never had much luck with "tiels. The 2 I had over the years were very snappy and not tameable at all.

Cockatiels can be very nippy and not tameable if not handfed but even handfed birds are sometimes untameable!! Avalanche I can't tame matter what I do and I have had him for a year and he's still a baby!!
 
oh, I love birds! I have 2 myself...a budgie and a green cheek conure. I love parrotlets, they are so adorable.
 
They are all so sweet looking! I have 4 birds: 1 green cheeked conure, 1 blue crowned conure, 1 severe macaw, and 1 lovebird. I love birds! And snakes, of course ;)
 
My favorite color of tiel is the whiteface ones. I'm not a fan of yellow for some reason. I like the clean white/gray

If I ever get another bird i'm getting a blue headed pionus :D
