My husband is a keeper!

Addicted to corns!
My husband surprized me with an albino kingsnake for my birthday this year! Powder is 1 year old and of course in blue. I think he is a desert king, he has the yellow banding, not so good at iding kings thought! I can't wait to see him shed out!

Thanks :) Powder has been id'd as a cali king :) I can't wait to see him after he sheds. He is the whitest snake I have now. My snow corn is pretty colorful.

The good ones are hard to come by! Congrats on finding one and on the snake!

He's gorgeous, the snake that is :p
Husbands that buy great birthday presents like that are worth keeping around (at least for a little while haha). Last year my birthday present was a trio of boas I had been wanting for a LONG time!

I'm lucky to have a hubby that support my habit.....he never says a word about any purchases I make.....and has even pointed out a chondro or two at shows....

It is awesome to have support of the ones you love! My sister and her man are the only ones who are negative about it. Next time he asks me how much I spent on my snakes I'm going to ask him how much he spent on his hockey jerseys! lol

That is awesome, I received none so I kicked her to the curb....but that's a different thread. LOL

Wait, so you married into my brother-in-law's family too??? Actually, my BIL doesn't mind so much (but IS a total hockey freak) but my sister refuses to come to my house ever again. My mom told her they were like the dwarf hamsters I had a few years ago, and the snakes would die in a couple years and I would be over it. Uh, sorry sis, not by a long shot! She said she'd be over in 2033.

Jim TOLERATES the snakes, but isn't much of a "hand-on" kind of guy. However, when his little 2 and 4 year old nieces were over he did get Scarlett out for them to hold. I was impressed!
