This is my Little Guy Cyrus! I got him about a month or so ago! He was hatched around 8/15! He is so sweet and I am so glad my hubby folded on the whole "You're NOT getting a snake" thing! Cyrus is the greatest!

This is a picture of Cyrus taken last night. He is blue, so he should be super vibrant in a few days! I hope the picture comes through OK, I haven't attached one on here yet!

Oops, I guess I spoke to soon! I just posted on your introduction thread that I wanted to see pics of Cyrus!! You were way ahead of me on that one!

He's a beauty! How long have you been wanting to get a snake? I kept w/c's as a youth, but have only been truly caring for them for about six months. I agree with the above post...it's a truly addictive hobby. But it's also sooo much fun!

I used to hate snakes. Thought they were one of the worst creatures on the planet! And I am not kidding!

At my kids school they had a "Snake lady" come and I was introduced to Corns then. I held one cause I thought they were gorgeous! I fell in love instantly! A week later (after 24/7 on the internet) a got one.

I must say, I am still afraid of snakes, just not Corns. If I ran into a wild snake, I would probably run screaming in the other direction!
 
What a great story! I bet after keeping your corn for awhile, you'll come to appreciate all the snakie friends out there. Before you know it, you'll have one, then three, then seven, then a dozen, and all the school moms will call you "that freaky snake lady" but only because they're jealouse beause you're the coolest mom amongst all their kids. Trust me on this one. ;)
