My new 6-pack!

Joni Garcia

Gotta love 'em!
Sorry... no Abs pictures here. LOL Our darling trio of Hamsters just added a little 6-pack of babies last night.

They're the sweetest, friendly little Hamsters (Thanks Carol). They love to be held and play. When we open the container, the girls run over to be held and climb onto our hands. Badger, the Dad, acts like he doesn't care, but secretly likes to be held too.

I didn't want to disturb her too much, but Mom did let me check out the babies today. It looks like there are three with black eyes and three with red eyes. I can't wait to see what they look like as they grow.

Congrats! I was wondering when they woud produce for you! Maybe mine won't be too far behind. Once they get established they are baby making machines. Ya for Badger!

Very nice! i was considering theese the petstore near my house has a few.. and they are SO tame.. tap on the glass and they all run over and try to get on your hand... the thing is.. there about 10.99 each... and im not going to pay that :S

but this friday i AM setting up a trio of Rats and a trio of mice.. i need to produce some corn and boa food.. its getting way to exspencive :)

the best thing is.. the petstore near me offerd to buy Any extra mice/rats F/T or Live because they are having a hard time getting varied sizes!

so ill be feeding my snake and accumulating store credit. and we ALL know what store credit leads to

Awesome Joni!!! Congrats on the new babies, they are so darn cute! Keep us updated as they grow, and become even cuter hehe

I see a lot of you have been posting baby hamsters, and mice, and other animals in these sections. Are the for feed? I've a lot of "I cant wait until they get older" posts, so it kind of didnt make sense to me. I'm guessing it's to build a colony? To produce more feed, right?

And by the way, they're adorable! We used to have gerbils, and I loved when the babies came!

The rodentpro website has a whole page of nutritional comparisons of feeders, sorry I don't know the link, I found it by accident a couple of weeks ago
