My new fat corn :P

So I bought a new Corn Yesterday. I got told its a male but we'll find out when he gets probed. He is really fat, like he actually feels fat. I'm pretty sure they fed him rats all his life (they gave him a rat pub just yesterday before I picked him up)
Anyway, just quickly took a picture today but I don't want to disturb him to much yet so I'll take some better pictures in a few days.
Now I thought I bought an anery at first, but now i'm wondering if its maybe charcoal or even lavender. maybe you guys can help me with that.

anyway, here he is.

holy!!!

that's a HUGE corn, poor Guy.. :(
Jeeze.. I'm actually in awe, I'd say he looks like an anery but he could also be a charcoal from the looks of it.. definitely not a lavender though!

either way he's handsome, just looks like a stuffed sock! ahahaha!

once he's settled in I'd start him off on adult mice and start making him climb stairs and excercise!!!

his head looks sooo tiny in that first photo!
I can't believe that made him get that big!!!

O_O

poor dude, :(

that's probably one of my biggest pet peeves, people who make an animal obease!
.. dogs, cants and even reptiles all depend on us to know when to much is just too much!

and soo many people just don't seem to care..

WOW! I'm so sorry... I burst out laughing. Poor guy! He is very handsome though, and quite cute!
Since you are aware that he should not be eating rats, especially at his size, you can now trim him down by feeding him smaller mice and exercise! :)
Good luck with your new friend!

I have to say I still find it much harder to see a snake that is all bones instead of one that is fat. but either way he needs some help and at least he is in good hands now.

Anyway, still hoping someone can help me figure out what morph this is

I was at a show and saw some labeled Silver Queens that kind of looked like that. I'm not sure. That's a beautiful snake that has been abused.

But his little head peeking out from his thick coils kind of looks cute...

I m gonna go with Anery due to the yellow but he is very light and has frosting in the saddles so maybe just maybe he is coming from Miami lines

Awww a beautiful beast! I mean that as a compliment.
I think some people confuse spoiling with abuse. Some may think their baby deserves a juicy rat or even large mice. I usually spoil my boys on thanksgiving or xmas by giving them two mice, I used to give My King rats until I saw how quickly he was getting chunky. He's been back on adult mice since. But I think many uninformed hobbyist just think their spoiling or wanting their snakes to grow super fast. I've even over heard breeders at shows telling people "feed him rats and he'll plump up in no time". Kind of like feeding your kid triple cheeseburgers everynight. Sure they'll be big enough for football, but their health will suffer.
Just my thoughts here. :)
