I was at the Havre de grace show in md last week and couldn't resist this little anery...The person who had him called it an anery something...I just considered him a good deal at $25...

Whoa... that is an interesting little find! Any idea what the genetics of the parents are behind that guy? If nothing else, it could be a great line breeding project to start! I'd love to get my hands on an anery with those colors. I think I almost like that his coloring better than the anery c... Err, z... whatever! Very nice Gregg :)

Well umm, you had to ask...Ok here it is,

The parents were triple hets. They came from Fred Buscher in Frederick, MD. He purchased the original butters from Serpenco. The parents have also put out some butter motleys, so he is also possible het for motley.
 
Hmmm.... interesting. Maybe its the caramel influence or could possibly be something to show that anery does not always mask caramel? He's a very interesting little guy. Keep me updated on his progress!

OT- I'll try to get you some updated pics of that male butter. He's not so little anymore and man is he coloring up!
 
hmmm i think i could see a caramel influence in there. I just love the overall color.
 
Wow, those oranges and yellows couldn't have found themselves a better arrangement on that snake! What a cutie!
