My night Fishing

Went down to Sea Isle City on the Jersey shore with hopes to catch some kingfish and maybe some blues. I guess the fishing gods had different ideas. I caught a few kings and then the sharks showed up. Over 5 hours we landed 75 small dogfish. A lot of times the sharks were hitting as we were bringing in other fish. SOrry for the cruddy pictures, but I stillhave to download form the digital and these are only camera pics. THe biggest one we caught was 40 inches.

That is really funny, a scottish fellow came down when he saw the fish we were catching. He was telling us about "rock salmon". Apparently though, since the sharks we had were the smooth dogfish, they do not taste the same.

Thats why I said 'Skinned' That skin is like sand paper....In fact it was used as a fine sand paper years ago..... So you get smooth ones....What do they taste like... Or can't you eat them...
