My snake wont eat

Is this the snake that regurgitated? Has it ever kept down a meal for you? When was the last time it ate? When was the last time it kept a meal down?

If it has never kept a meal down for you it is long past time to see a vet.

I'm so sorry your snake is not doing well.

Okay, if she is eating regularly and not regurgitating that's a good start.

Sometimes they just don't move a lot. Do you catch her moving at night?

If she is truly flaccid and lethargic, then I would get her to a reptile vet ASAP.

P.S. You've double checked the temps and all other environmental factors, right? No constipation, right?

How much does she weigh? What size mice is she eating? How often is she eating? Do you track her weight? Is she gaining weight, even slowly?

I don't know how much she weighs and I don't track her weight because she is very aggressive and doesnt allow me to handle her so I can weigh her. But she eats pinkies for right now because she was regurgitating and I downsized her so she can get back to eating, I was planning on moving back up to fuzzies

Aggressive? Just pick her up and weigh her. A cat scratch is worse than a corn snake. She can't hurt you.

What is the temperature in the cage? (Yes temps are important. Incorrect temps can cause regurgitation and lack of eating).

Has she shed recently? A snake sometimes will not eat during a shed cycle.

you have a "Warm side and a Cool side" to the cage, and a hiding spot on both sides?
If not, you should.

You stated your snake has not shed in a couple of months. That could be a problem. Your snake is probably due for a shed. If that's the case, they sometimes Hide a lot and refuse meals when shedding.

If all else fails go to a vet.

I do have a cool and warm side. Okay so should I wait for signs of shedding like foggy eyes, etc. or ?

A scaled picture of your little sneaky one would help others help you. As Karl pointed out, albeit sans diplomacy - which is actually appreciated by those who like to cut to the chase and dispense with the BS! - a cornsnake, ANY cornsnake for that matter, will NOT eat you or hurt you except for maybe your pride. Now a TIGER? That'll eat you! So if your snake is still eating pinkies, it's probably not even a yearling (I hope!) and it might startle you, at worst. So, just pick that baby up and place him in a little container and weigh his little ass and snap some scaled pix (next to something an observer would be able to discern what approximate size your sneaky one is!) and we'll be better able to assist you in ensuring your snake is having the best existence possible.

Not so hard, EH? :p
