I was looking at her with a friend of mine this week and we have put her on a labo microscope to see what is this red coloration.
In fact, it seem to be a pigment. Anerys are usually black and yellow cause this mutation cause the lost of the red color. But, she seem to asimilize ( not sur of the word ! ) a pigment called " caratonoïdes ( in french again ).
If she can pass this trait trough the next generation we could see some snow with red speckling like that ...... it could be weird !!!!!
Anyways, I don't mind about this. This female is the one who put me back on corns and I'm happy on this way ... ! Morelias are good snakes but not for me !
