My two eggs aren't hatching

I keep them wrapped in damp paper towels and at a warm enough temp. I know you should keep them in vermiculite or sphagnum moss, but I got them from a man who'd kept them like they are kept now for a while, and he's a seasoned herptoculturist. They have rolled over several times, but I righted them. I got them three weeks ago, and they were "due to hatch in 2 to 4 weeks". Did I do something wrong, and they'll never hatch? Or do they just have some time to go before hatching?

-Thanks, Alex

OK, so I'll ask a silly question...
If they were due in 2-4 weeks, why are you worried at week 3? They all hatch at different rates depending on many things. I wouldn't worry until another 2 weeks. Good Luck!

Well....

I guess I'm just a bit of a worrywart. I got frantic over my anerythristic's backbone ridge, although it didn't protrude and only signified that she had a backbone, which, to the best of my knowledge, is a GOOD thing...
