I apologize if I am posting twice, but I cannot find the topic thread that I posted last night so I am posting again. This little guy was found in the church bathroom. I live in Fredericksburg, Va. I am thinking that it is a grey ratsnake. What do you think?

Another one of these showed up yesterday near the same area as this one. There is problably more. They are having someone come out to see if they can find them. Poor things, I hope that I can keep them alive until spring when I can release them. Any tips would be appreciated.
 
I found one of these in a parking lot of a grocery store here in town and had no clue what it was. Now I know. :D
