Neela -- My newest aquisition.

Call me Matt...
So hey ya'll,

I'd like to introduce Neela, an '04 Ghost female (possibly Silver Queen Ghost, but IDK). I bought her from a friend of Lynnea's last friday. I have plenty of ghosts already, but she threw something interesting this year, a baby which Lynnea owns. She has a very interesting pattern from her head down to about the first 5 or so saddles, and one of the babies she produced this year (the one Lynnea owns) has the same pattern. I hope to see if she throws somthing similar next year, and once Lynnea's baby grows up, we'll put them together. She was sold to the person I bought her from as a Silver Queen, but I doubt she is. She has the really light head like most silver queens, but I think the rest of her color doesnt fit the description. She does have a very "silvery" tone about her color, but I think she's too dark to be a silver queen.

Anyhow, here's her pics:

...and finally, one of the babies that she produced this year, owned by Lynnea (his name is Duncan Idaho). I hope you don't mind me lifting these pics from your thread Lynnea!

I love seeing those pictures of that stunning snake--I have a ghost female baby that sort of reminds me of her--in the pattern with the faded blotches. I was wondering how they would look once she got older. Right now it just looks like little strips have faded, but I can see in the strips the potential to be like those on Neela.

She's beautiful! And I'm jealous.. The fading in her saddles looks like what my ratsnake is developing... I think it's really unique and interesting. The baby is beautiful too, I love his head pattern... It reminds me of a snapping turtle.

She looks really great, Matt--I love seeing her now that she's shed! I sure don't mind you posting pics of Duncan, either. It will be so cool to see what Neela produces next year--like also paired with a zagtec amel?? (wink, wink)

Someone else said the head pattern looks like Patrick from Spongebob!
