So I wasn't planning on picking this little guy/gal up, because the guy was being a jerk and not wanting to send me pics...but the jerk was the dad of my brother's friend (the one that brought home the boa without asking first)...so I imagine he was pretty p'd that he was having to deal with it in the first place...

Anyways, I went ahead and picked it up this morning...I figured if they were going to get rid of it...it should go somewhere it'll be taken care of.

(Becky I didn't forget about your offer, if I can figure out how to sex this little dude(tte) then I'll pick up a future lover for it from you)

So here is Jiboia! That's the Latin American word for....Boa! I know, lame...but I thought it sounded cool...

I'm loving the pink hue to the belly...and I'm pretty sure it's not even from a shed that's coming on, because the guy said it just shed about 2 weeks ago.

Do Nic's / Central Americans tend to have that pinkish tint on the belly?

I still have the Corn...she's mine/Courtney's...she likes the corn more, so I told her if I got the Nic, then she could "have" the corn...

The KSB's actually funded this purchase....I ended up bringing them to a buddy of mine who breeds them, and I found that they were both males...
I sold them to him for some cash and some credit...he has 3 female Anery KSBs that are gravid...so I'll end up picking up a pair from him soon.

It's a pretty little boa Josh. But I'd be hesitant to say it is a Nic, at least not a full Nic. There are just certain things such as color and pattern that look more like it's a cross. More top shot pics could tell us for sure. Oh, and a full shot of the tail. Either way it's a very pretty little guy/girl. I can tell you how to sex it the easy way in PM if you want.

Nics can, and some do, have pink/orange bellies. I had one, see....

While I understand its offensive to have someone think your shady, Because it's wrong to assume things of people, there have been actions in the past to make everyone a little on edge. Everyone starts somewhere, even if it is with their mothers funding. I know thats where I started!

There is a history between myself and him. I won't say more, but he knows how I feel about some of his remarks and he knows I could care less about his opinion. As far as I'm concerned, if comes to me talking crap, then he's asking for it. But that's all...I've been "disciplined" over him before...so I'll just have to go back to ignoring him.

That's why I'm liking the Nics...they stay relatively smaller than Colombians....not sure how big Becky's male is...but I've seen some Adult Male around 3.5-4 feet long...and those are like 6 years old!

I am not starting anything but I see you get new snakes and you get one and the other goes away. I trade snakes. And mommy doesn't fund my snakes. The history is really over, I just noted something.

Just a word of experiance;
If you have to start a statement with "I am not trying to start anything" you should really consider not saying what you have to put after that. its the same thing as "I'm not trying to hurt your feelings; but-" or "Dont take this as offencive, but-"
