Awesome! When I first looked at the first pic I thought the rack was MUCH BIGGER then it actually was, until I saw it sitting on the table. Then I saw the proper size lol.
What did you do for heating? Flexwatt? Where did you put it?
 
Heat pads for now until I get 17 inch flexwatt. I put it in as back heat. I am normally a fan of belly heat but that was not feasible here. The deli cups are small enough that back heat I think is sufficiant.
 
How did you interconnect the shelves? Cut halfway into each piece then put them together, I can't remember the proper term right now... Lol.
 
you just used a 1/4" dado blade? sounds awesome, it's a great idea for a big hatchling rack. I'll have to make something for about 3-4 years down the road.
