Hi my name is Erica and my other half, Josh, and I just brought home our first corn snake. We're also the critter parents to a dog, cat, and two hermit crabs. We have joint custody of his daughter and are expecting a little one of our own in Feb of 2012.

We love animals and have both always wanted a snake. We've yet to name the little him/her but are already enjoying it. We fed him/her it's first pinky the other night and it took it like a champ.

We look forward to learning more about our new little buddy and corn snakes in general.

Greetings from Raleigh...

I just got my first corn 2 months ago after accidentally killing a garter snake in my yard and feeling so horrible about it that i felt i had to pay my dues to nature and adopt a baby corn. Careful though... My first corn wanted a pet corn snake, to which I obliged and then that corn wanted a pet ball python to which I obliged and then he wanted a girlfriend ball python to which I obliged... So my one corn has turned into a tiny collection of 4 snakes in just 2 months.
