This is the incubator I've but together for this year. I use a thermostat out of a hovabator and an exo-terra heat pad. The red light indicates when the heat pad is on or off.
So far it works great but I think I'm going to go with a larger pad.

Seems like that you're up and ready for the eggs~~~~

I too have things set up already.
And I already have 3 clutches of eggs so far!
Still waiting for the others to start having their pre-laying shed and then more eggs to come!

You've got eggs already! How did you do that?
I put mine down Dec 1 and take them up Feb 1. What are you doing?
