New Member, New Snake, Need Help!!

I just googles one of those and they are really nice looking snakes as well. How much would one of those cost you?

Someone on this forum was selling one of the most PERFECT butter motley's I've ever seen in the classifieds section not too long ago. I think he was only asking $45 or something for a '10. Don't quote me on that, I can't remember the price - I didn't want to pay too much attention or I would've bought him immediately and consequently been dumbed by my boyfriend ;) They go up in cost as they get older usually.

Wow... That is pretty cheap. As a poor college student I can't really spend too much on anything, so my $75 amel was even a lot for me. I'm very interested in getting a second little buddy though, I guess it's all about waiting for the right price on the right snake though

Wow well some of those are very cheap. I'm getting a job for the summer, so I'm definitely going to be buying more corns. I just wish there were good breeders in Michigan so I didn't have to put the snake and myself through the trouble of shipping. It seems to be super expensive, and stressful for the snake

Yikes your amel was $75? Beautiful snake though! You can definitely find a butter for that or cheaper. I thought my amel was sort of high priced at $37, but my butter was even cheaper than that. I was lucky enough to buy her locally too, so no shipping charges, which can be pretty steep!

well now i definitely feel like i shot myself in the foot... the pet store who sold her to me sold her as a candy cane, so i thought it was a fair price, but little did i know that I was being ripped off
