I am a new member and want to let you know how great I think these forums are. They have been extremely helpful to me. I love to find out all I can about any animal that I own. I am now the happy owner of three baby corns.
1.0 snow
0.1 amel
1.0 normal (I think)
Well, kinda three. I did a dumb thing and didn't make sure one of the tops was fastened and my normal male took a slither. I was devistated but I had read about finding lost corns on these sights so proceeded to place flour around edges of the room I believed him to be in. Two days-no marks-and I am so upset with myself. Then I read yesterday about placing a mouse in an empty bottle put on its side, so I placed a pinky in there hoping to find him in the bottle this morning. No corn-still a pinky-but diffinite lines in the flour next to the bottle. Still can't find him (he is in my husbands computer room with tons of places to curl his tiny body) but am thrilled to know he is alive.
Set up little box with his bedding in it,hope he goes in tonight.
I will try to put picture in of my babies. Not sure if I will be able to do it.
Great to have a place like this to go to. I never thought I would become so attached to snakes before.
