Hey guys. Just a quick question about what happened at feeding time today. When my snake was constricting, she let go of the mouse with her mouth and looked around for a moment. Then when she re-bit the mouse, she accidentally bit herself on the side of her body. I looked at her afterwards, and I couldn't see any marks or anything. I'm not sure how old she is, probably a month or two. Anyway, should I concerned?

Thanks in advance for advice :)

Already happend to one of my animals, too. This was just an accident, you dont need to be concerned, unless it happens everytime :)

OK thank you :) I was just freaking out a little because it was the first time I ever fed her and I have only had her for about six days now, so I just wanted to make sure it was alright :)

dont worry, also happend to one of mine, that - after already swallowing a mouse - he bit himself in his tail because this still smelt like mouse. When it hurt he stopped immediately and was a little bit scared...

dont be to skittish, a cornsnake that lives in the wilderness can get hurt by other animals (birds, mice...)/ or can hurt itself by falling from trees etc. They are quite robust...
