I am a first-time snake owner. I have alway wanted a snake, but my husband was afraid of them and wouldn't allow them. I traded in my husband and got a snake. My son has named him Sly. I look forward to meeting everyone and learning as much as I can about my new pet.

Welcome to the site!!!!!!!! There is a lot of information here. Be sure to read the FAQ section in the forums. They answer a lot of questions. There is a search feature that answer many questions also.

Thanks for the replies of welcome. Sly has settled in nicely and ate his/her first pinky on Tuesday. I missed it because I walked out of the room, by the time I got back, it was gone. Oh well, next time. Anyhoo,I'm not sure what all they take for trade-ins, but it never hurts to try(lol).
 
i own a creamcicle, about a month and a half old and his colors are just starting to amaze me with every shed. when i bought him he was the most pale, pastel one of the bunch and i liked him for that. but now hes got some of the brightest orange saddles ive ever seen. i just cant get enough of the morph. id love to see some pictures of yours :-D

The avatar picture in my posts is of him/her when I first brought it home. My son is holding it. I will post new pictures soon. I have to use my computer at work so it might be a few days.
